COMMISSIONERS’ PROCEEDINGS
February 29, 2024
The Rooks County Board of Commissioners met with the following present: Chairman, John Ruder, and Members Tim Berland and Jake Prockish. Vicki Novotny, Clerk to the Clerk, was present to record the minutes. Ruder called the meeting to order and asked all to stand and recite the Pledge of Allegiance.
Berland made a motion to review and approve the end of the month vouchers and payroll as follows. Ruder second the motion and Prockish agreed.

Kim Northup and Denise Murchie met with the Commissioners to ask if they could hire 2 positions in the Treasurer’s Office. Commissioners approved to hire 2 positions in the Treasurer’s Office.
Prockish made a motion to approve the February 29th minutes. Ruder second the motion and Berland agreed.
With no further business to transact, Ruder made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Prockish second the motion and Berland agreed.
