After being a mainstay on Mill Street in Plainville for almost 14 years, owner Carol VanDyke has announced the successful transition of her business, Gifts & More, to Deanna and Mark Hammerschmidt. Deanna and Mark assumed ownership of the business on December 28, 2018 and have renamed it Mill Street Market. Deanna’s creative abilities make her the perfect choice to continue to operate and expand the flower and gift shop. Deanna and Mark are committed to the future of the Plainville community, and believe in giving back to their community. Business will continue as “usual” with specials offerings throughout the year.
