Five One Five Studios and Funky Junky’s open in Stockton

Five One Five Studios is a new business in Stockton located at 425 Main Street.  Actually, it is about three new businesses!  Owners Shey and Jed States opened the doors to the newly-renovated building that so many in Stockton still call “the Gambino’s building” on August 16, 2019. The name of the business comes from their wedding date of May, 2015.

Shey, along with Ravin States and Kari Neilson, are beauty operators and do hair, nails, waxing, facials, and massage services.  Hours are 12 noon to 7 p.m. each day or by appointment.  Call 785-425-8515 for an appointment.  Walk-ins are welcome.

Another service at the salon is massages.  Missy Saaranen is the licensed massage therapist, and offers thirty and sixty minute massages as well as a spa package that includes a massage and facial.  Nail technician Mekayla Bainter will be available starting in November.

In the back of the building, Jed has his tattoo shop.  Jed is well-known for his artistry, and has won several awards from the conventions and shows he has entered over the past several years. Customers can message Jed on Facebook to begin the process.

An open house is being planned for Saturday, Oct. 26.
